Overview
The LSI Group is a unique organization that has taken on many forms over the years. Originally formed in California nearly 20 years ago, the LSI Group has maintained a steady track record of delivering solid business advice to clients of varying size and in a wide range of industries. Typical engagements have ranged from assisting clients in streamlining their current operations to aiding investors in identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities to establishing and successfully managing commercial partnerships between member companies.
About a decade ago, the LSI Group moved their headquarters to the Midwest US. More recently, the company has increased activity at operational centers in the Northeast and even overseas in South East Asia. The recent surge in activity has grown out of a realignment and refocus on core objectives. Those goals are best stated in the LSI Group mission statement:

Community Health Center
A community health center was in the midst of a banner year, experiencing record utilization levels and implementing numerous improvements as a result of receiving major financial awards and grants. The center’s administration had concerns that their technology infrastructure was not optimized for their current needs nor poised well for future growth. The LSI Group was able to provide them a stat-of-the-art data center solution which will form the foundation of their digital operations going forward. The exercise also revealed further efficiencies that could now be realized with further technical and managerial tools.
